Meet the Team

Tony Saint


Tony has 30 years’ experience within the industry working in different areas of refurbishments, new build and maintenance.

“When I set up BPM around 7 years ago, it was apparent that there was a need for reliable contractors with a wide skill set. With this in mind, our company focus is to problem solve where others have failed, whilst keeping our clients and end users informed and appeased.”

We pride ourselves at BPM to be a “one stop shop” applying our combined years of experience and a “can do “attitude to resolving various different issues.

Carl Murphy

Contracts Manager

Carl has 20 years’ experience within the industry, working with BPM from it’s concept.

With a wide skill set, he is able to attend a problem, diagnose the issue, and repair/resolve with the minimum of fuss and help. Seeing things through from the start to its resolve, he has become a highly valued member of the team.

As well as actively resolving issues, in his role of contracts manager, he is responsible for supervising other employees and specialist sub-contractors.

Emma Claydon

Operations and Maintenance Supervisor

Emma has over 8 years’ experience within the industry including reactive maintenance and repairs and assisting with managing PPM regimes and programmes.

Her duties are to manage the day to day running of the office, to include co-ordinating engineers’ diaries, and reactive works with main developers, and liaising with Clients and residents alike, down to ordering of materials.

An experienced customer care professional with a full understanding of the requirements to facilitate complete after sales service to both the contractor and resident. With a “can do “attitude Emma has a proven track record of problem solving and offering professional service at all times with consistent reliable service and keeping the customer requirements at the forefront of all procedures.

Along with all the current CPD training i.e. Asbestos Awareness, etc.

Ken Poulton

Operations Manager

Ken has over 40 years in the industry in the roles ranging from electrical draughtsman, site electrician, site manager, project manager, and Operations manager.

His experience before joining BPM was as Customer Service manager at Durkan Ltd.

Responsible partly for the day to day running of certain projects, and the procurement of new challenging works, including regeneration, remedial, defects, faults, etc and to provide our client with “right first time” approach along with customer satisfaction. Also deals with the HS&E part of the business alongside an external consultant.
